Linisha is a legal associate with DL Law Corporation.
Linisha graduated from the University of Manchester with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) in 2014. She was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in August 2016. Prior to reading Law at the University of Manchester, Linisha obtained a Diploma in Law and Management from Temasek Polytechnic.
Linisha trained in general litigation but took an interest in Family law assisting with contested divorces, maintenance hearings, division of matrimonial assets hearings and mediation, amongst others. Linisha also has experience working with a leading e-commerce company in Singapore to hone her corporate and commercial skills to bring to practice.
Currently, Linisha focuses on personal injury and work injury compensation claims with the firm. Linisha has dealt with both contentious and non-contention applications, and has experience as lead counsel during trial.
During her time with the University of Manchester, Linisha volunteered with the Manchester Legal Advice Centre to provide legal aid to the community of Manchester. She was also a mentor to incoming freshmen and volunteered with other community outreach programmes in Greater Manchester. Linisha currently volunteers with the Community Legal Aid for Marine Parade in Singapore.
Linisha is a member of the Law Society of Singapore and the Singapore Academy of Law.
