Prasanna’s approach as is the Court’s approach nowadays, is to resolve matters on an uncontested manner in the best interests of her client, through initial attempts at negotiations. As such, the prime aim is to ensure that her client succeeds with the best and most reasonable outcome through the non-adversarial approach. This way, most of her clients save time, agony and money while achieving the best result.
Only in cases where negotiations fail, then the matter proceeds for a litigious dispute.
